Developing a league structure suiting of the current and future player base in the North West. Striving to continually challenge where we can take the league and the game in the future.
Growth:
Developing grants schemes to invest back in the growth, in key areas, of our sport in the North West through the revenue the league generates.
Sustainability:
We look to build sustainable systems, backed by financial planning, method and support mechanisms to ensure the long term success.
Competitive:
Creating competitive environments for players of all levels to test their skills against other local teams. Inspiring greater participation.
Inclusive:
Providing equal opportunities for all the play in our league and in breaking down barriers where they may exist.
Vibrant:
Ensuring the development of our community and culture within the league and the North West to create an environment all wish to be part of.

Joss Garvey President
President
I started playing squash at University and have carried on since then. I was a player in Cheshire Ladies Squash League from its beginning. I played for Cheshire in the Inter County Leagues. I started in refereeing when my children were small as I would take them to tournaments and used the spare time coaching and refereeing. This then took over. I was a European referee and have officiated at Local, County, National, European events and 2 Commonwealth Games. I have refereed all round Europe, India and Egypt. I then, with the help of the great legacy of refereeing in the North West, I went onto become a senior England Squash Tutor. When travelling, I realised that our league is so important to the wellbeing of our game. We are the largest and best squash league in the world because it is so well organised. I am so pleased to be part of this splendid league.
