League Team Fees 2008 / 2009 £37 per team (paid before or at the AGM) £42 per team if paid after the AGM (29th May 2008) P & P for stationery £5.50 for 1 team, £7.00 for 2 teams, £8.50 for 3 teams, £9.50 for 4 teams and then £1.00 per additional team over 4. The total Club Entry fee will be calculated when you submit the form.
