Derek Leyland Sadly Passed on Tuesday 2nd Jan 23

Our friend and squash colleague Derek Leyland passed away on Tuesday whilst out walking, and all at Tame Valley Tennis and Squash Club are saddened at his loss. Derek has been a massive part of our club for more than 40 years and was Club Squash Captain for much of that time. He was passionate about squash and still played regularly at the age of 83 and arranged Our annual End of Season Squash dinners with military efficiency. He will be greatly missed and our condolences go to Jenny, his wife, Derek's family and friends.
